State Privacy Notices
Supplemental notices for U.S. state consumer privacy laws, including access, deletion, correction, portability, opt-out, and appeal rights.
Scope
These State Privacy Notices supplement the Conduro Ventures LLC Privacy Policy and apply to residents of U.S. states with comprehensive consumer privacy laws where those laws apply to Conduro Ventures LLC.
Covered State Laws
Depending on applicability thresholds and effective dates, these notices may apply to residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Delaware, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, Nebraska, New Hampshire, New Jersey, Oregon, Tennessee, Texas, Utah, Virginia, and other states that enact similar privacy laws.
Categories of Personal Information
We may collect identifiers, commercial information, internet or electronic network activity, approximate geolocation derived from IP address, professional or company information, inferences based on usage, and customer-support communications. We collect this information for the business and operational purposes described in the Privacy Policy.
Consumer Privacy Rights
Depending on your state, you may have rights to access, confirm processing, obtain a portable copy, correct inaccuracies, delete personal information, opt out of targeted advertising, opt out of sale or sharing, opt out of certain profiling, and limit use of sensitive personal information where applicable.
Sales, Sharing, and Targeted Advertising
Conduro Ventures LLC does not sell personal information for money. If we use advertising or analytics technologies that are considered targeted advertising, sharing, or sale under applicable state laws, eligible residents may request to opt out using the contact method below or any available website consent tool.
Sensitive Personal Information
We do not seek to collect sensitive personal information unless needed for security, billing, compliance, or another lawful purpose. We do not use sensitive personal information to infer characteristics except where legally permitted.
Appeals
If we deny a privacy request and applicable state law gives you the right to appeal, you may appeal by replying to our decision email or contacting privacy@conduroventures.com with the subject line “Privacy Appeal.”
