Copyright Policy
Conduro Ventures LLC respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users of the Services to do the same. This DMCA Policy explains how copyright owners may notify us of allegedly infringing material.
DMCA Takedown Notice Requirements
A notice should include: identification of the copyrighted work claimed to be infringed; identification of the allegedly infringing material and its location; the complaining party's name, address, phone number, and email address; a statement of good-faith belief that use is not authorized; a statement that the information is accurate and, under penalty of perjury, that the complaining party is authorized to act; and a physical or electronic signature.
Counter-Notification
If a user believes material was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, the user may submit a counter-notification including identification of the removed material, a statement under penalty of perjury of good-faith belief, consent to jurisdiction where required, contact information, and a physical or electronic signature.
Repeat Infringers
Conduro Ventures LLC may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly infringe intellectual property rights or misuse the platform.
